Mark Ferdi - Investment Adviser
A long-time client, a member of JDL’s Board of Directors, and now, after decades of involvement with the firm, Mark has joined the team as its newest Investment Adviser.
Mark brings a unique perspective to JDL with an extensive background of investment experience, through many economic cycles, via tenures at leading commercial real estate and homebuilder operations (CBRE, William Lyon Homes, Centex Homes, The Carlyle Group).
Mark, his wife, and two children currently reside in Newport Beach. They love “all things outdoors”, and supporting/helping various Christian organizations/churches. Mark graduated from Pepperdine University (Magna cum Laude), is a voracious non-fiction reader, and can routinely be found (usually in the pre-dawn hours) training for various endurance sport activities.
