From an early stage, Rob clearly defined his career aspirations. In 2007, while still a student, he interned at JDL, where his background, talent, and personality immediately stood out as a perfect match for our firm. Upon graduating magna cum laude from Vanguard University of Southern California with a BA in Business Administration, Rob officially joined our team and has since earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation.
In his role as CEO, Rob is instrumental in driving JDL’s success. He oversees staff training and development, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel. Rob also manages our day-to-day operations, bringing the leadership, strategic vision, and operational acumen essential for JDL to consistently exceed client expectations. His responsibilities extend to overseeing the compliance and financial departments, as well as managing the multifaceted aspects of the investment business, including client services.
Beyond his professional achievements, Rob is deeply committed to his family and community. He cherishes time with his wife, Holly, and their five children, often enjoying tropical vacations together. As active members of their church, Rob and his family also dedicate significant time to volunteer work. Notably, they are passionate foster parents and are heavily involved in foster care initiatives, including volunteering with For The Children Foundation and Olive Crest.
